The drive scan controls in DVDFab Common Settings (v8.1.0.7 or later) will allow your magicJack to work with DVDFab open without interference or call interruptions. All you need to do is go to DVDFab Common Settings->DVD/Bluray->Drives and UNcheck the box for the "TigerJet CD-ROM". The drive letter is D: on my machine but will vary.
