Entered info, tried to upload, it reported it already had the info, not able to find it in search.
also in the above example I was not able to report the bad meta info. no icon for voting/reporting.

I still see the thumbs up or down and the Report icon on some but not all titles. I have asked for a clarification. I am using v10.0.6.2, which version do you have installed?
