Suggestions Incorrect metadata management

I've have been crossing incorrect metadata for a significant amount disc.
Since the original contributor is the only one able to correct them, they tend to remain like they are.

I'd like to suggest that if a disc get enough down votes for its metadata, it should be reopened for contribution.
This would allow someone else to upload correct information and get the credit for the disc.
This would be a great motivation to provide quality content.
