Firmware Question Can't load new version 1.0.4 firmware

When trying to load new 1.0.4 firmware in Movie Server I get a message download fails at 1-2%. Currently running 1.0.3 under Windows 7. Internet connection OK both wireless and hard wired.

try changing your DNS to google dns - 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 or open dns - 208.67.222.222 - 208.67.220.220

It should not be necessary and is unlikely to correct the problem. If you have not done so, shut down the box using the IR remote turn off the power switch on the back. After waiting about 30 seconds, turn the power switch back on and see if the box connects successfully to the server. It should almost immediately display the update screen.

Did the above and still not not able to download new version. Also tried 2nd time with removing power, USB, HDMI cable with no results.
MS boots up and says new version is available, pressed update and screen says failed after 2%.

Sorry, I will try to get a download for you. Has your box updated to the v1.0.0.2 firmware (the v1.0.4 is the MS app, not the firmware)?. You can check the app and firmware versions in Settings->About.

Received unit with 1.0.2 and upgrade to 1.0.3 worked fine. Thanks for your help.

Ran the file you sent and I get a message "OUT OF MEMORY"
Never used or added any Apps.
Only 3 movies on 250G HDD

Went to general, advanced and reset MS, All good now.
