Editing issues and requests

A few things that I am seeing while trying to edit titles, and a few requests:
1) When I relabel the name of a single disc in a collection, it renames all the discs in the collection. Example - I have ripped 2 copies of King King. Files labeled King Kong and King Kong 2.4. I rename the 2.4 version to King Kong 2.4:1 and both titles are renamed. I then rename the King Kong file tile to just King Kong and the both rename to King Kong
2) Manually created collections - how do I add art for the collection in the movie list view?
3) Request - ability to ignore 'THE' when it is the first word in the movie name, without renaming every movie that starts with 'THE'. Example - The Matrix should be called The Matrix, but should be Under M, not T in an alphabetical list

For 1), you can manually change/add/remove Collection names using the techniques shown in this thread.

For 2) Unknown for list view

For 3) I agree, but the ignored word would need to be different for many languages (The, El La, Il, etc), which should be possible.

For 2) two of the collections fixed themselves by grabbing art from one of the movies in the collection. The only one I still see an issue with is a TV Show collection. Under TV show list the collection has cover art, but under the Smart Library view it doesn't
