Sometime after one of the firmware updates a new problems has arisen for me. When displaying a movie I could move up to the plot description, press the enter for more information including names of all the actors in the movie. I cannot do this anymore. Any ideas? Anyone else see this?

I'm not sure what you mean, I never saw such a page while the movie was playing without stopping it. Then, you get the screen shown below. Is this what you mean?

In prior versions you could use the remote up arrow to highlight the plot. Select OK. It would open a new window which would give you the complete Plot description as well as pictures and names of all the actors in the film.Comment

Got it, You are correct, no way to read the entire plot. I never tried this with the earlier versions but I can see it would be a handy feature. Maybe it can be restored.

WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
