    Hardware Problem/Question Defrag Local HD

Is there a way to defrag the internal MS HD without removing it and connecting it to a PC directly?
Will defrag via PC be an issue with the MS not being windows OS?
Some NAS drives, the web manager page sometimes has a special defrag option suitable for the NAS OS, is this available on the MS web manager?

    Thanks

EXT4 don't need defragmenting because they don't fragment files in the same way as NTFS.
And having some fragmentation does not mean you need to defrag. Windows need it because it creates ridiculous levels of fragmentation. A small amount doesn't make any real difference, and Linux is very good at keeping it to an absolute minimum.
