Networking MS Manager NOT updating the most recent movies with the Poster Feature

Hello,

I received my Movie Server on December 21. AND I was able to load the files ISO and File Folders to SATA HD that I purchased.

At first I was able to manage the metadata thru the MS manager for the files that did not have the movie posters.

BUT NOW.. is not letting me UPDATE the most recent Files Iso and Folder to the Poster Wall Feature. I am able to play the files thru the Hard drive Local Videos but the Posters are not displaying in the Movies Section

Also, in the Movie Library it does NOT allowing to Add a Path, Delete a Path or Save Path

Is anyone having the same issue? Can someone support ASAP?

The links you posted were to threads based on earlier firmware. Please check your Settings->About page and tell us which firmware and app (sdk) version are currently on your DMS box. The management for the Cloud app (later than v1.0.1.0) is managed at dms.dvdfab.cn.
