I tried to update match on severral movies, but it is not proceeding since servrals days, see enclosed snapshot.

I logged off/on at https://dms.dvdfab.cn, restarted media server, renewed update match, still the same .....Comment

If the re-login does not fix it, it generally means that it can't find a match for some reason. Send a message with a link to this thread to the Support staff here https://www.dvdfab.cn/contact.htm, they will send it to the developers and may contact you by email for additional information or log files.They will need at a minimum your registered email address and the titles of the movies it cant find. After upgrading to 1030 I made a factory reset and started again from zero: Still having troubles with scratching, but this time I was able to sync all movies, by editing the last 5 unidentified movies direct via remote control.... finally. But what is the difference to dms.dvdfab.cn? Why isn't it possible to do the same thing?
And what I am missing is: adding favorites with dms.dvdfab.cn!!!!!Comment
