I’ve had my MS for less than a year and have loved it up till about 2 weeks ago. My entire poster Wall has gone blank I’ve.been reading the post here and have tried what’s been suggested but nothing seems to work. Looking for some help and direction. I’m not very good with computers so you may need to dumb down your response for me. Thanks in advance for any belp

looks you in the old version ( not sure what version now), and from the log, there are in the unlogin status, please try to relogin it.

i had reset to default factory settings for few times and even use reset hole and recover to sdk....how to relogin?

I have checked your log, there are 5 files , and all is iso.

the log show all try to using meta info from microsoft service to get scraper name are failed, so please try to delete or rename xxx.meta file first, and try again.

i have over 300 bdmv/iso or 4k bdmv or iso, but still not working, empty again...will the new firmware can solve this issue?
