Features requested

I know some of this has been covered before but I wish to add them again.

1. When fixing a mismatch from the web browser don't have it go back to the beginning of the list. Leave it where you were

2. When displaying the movie list have the collections show up there. It will be easier to manage collections if you can see them there.

3. Allow managing collection from the web browser. Have an option in the edit function to add a movie to a collection

4, Allow creating of collections. From the web browser or the DMS.

5. Be able to play a movie from the web browser.

6. Be able to click on an actor from the web browser and see all movies you have that has that actor is in. (nicety but not absolutely needed)

7. Speed up the rolling down of the movie list. Right now I roll down 3 lines then wait. roll down 3 lines then wait. etc, etc

I would like to add something to this list. Please fix the buffering problems that exist when playing movies via nas so that ALL audio streams can be played without constant buffering. This works when playing directly from the internal drive but not through my synology nas. My synology nas has no problems with HD audio through any other of my other media servers or players...including dvdfab player 5. Thank you.

As JimS says, The buffering issues with 4k over NAS NEEDS fixing as a priority, Its been going on far to long

This thread was about Feature Requests. For things that need fixing, i.e. existing features that need repair, please start a new thread of your own, let the DMS generate and upload a log, and put the Log ID# in the FIRST post about the problem.

The DMS doesnt generate a log for this issue as the movie is playing, it doesnt crash it just starts to buffer/stutter.

I will add this to JimS other thread so its all in ne area, cheers.
