Movie Server can't play John Wick 3?

As the title states. I thought the server was supposed to be able to play and movie?

Think John Wick 3 is a known problem. Seen different issue related to it on the DVDfabx64 forum. Here's one of them but seen a couple others. Think you might need to say which of the problems is related to yours.

All known US versions and many others are supported now, definitely need to know where this version was obtained and to see the DVDFab internal log session where it was processed. Also, please mention how you processed it for use on the DMS (Copy/Ripper/Clone etc.)

I bought if from my local redbox like I usually do. I ended up ripping it to mkv file and all is good. Works fine that way.

That's funny. I get a white screen telling me it is not a valid disc but I just learned I can skip past it. Maybe I'll try to copy it over again and see.

Please try it again and report the results if it is still a problem. Attach the new log session also. What playback time does the screen appear?

signals, I tried it a different way. I copied it over using BD50 instead of BD25 and it went perfect. I noticed in the warning message it stated about using ripping software so I didn't compress it. Either way I got it copied perfectly. Thanks for suggesting I try it again, that made me look at the message again first.
