Looks like your WiFi/IP address settings changed on you. To access Web Manger you use http://your-ip address:32080 in your web browser. Need to check and verify your IP address in settings to see if it's still 192.168.3.100...…Good idea that only you know what it is by the way!!

Note that the character after the last digit of your DMS IP address is a colon : not a period. Follow the good advice above from d2e to check the IP your DMS is using.

I wold set it to a static ip aswell, Then you wont have any more issues of it changing in he future.
