Video Converter Need Variable Bitrate output option in Video Converter

*IMPORTANT*
Need to Add a "variable bitrate" (VBR) option to VIDEO CONVERTER conversions (for ALL or MANY of the output formats)

I have many source video files with variable bitrate encoding -- but the only output bitrate user options are to set either Fixed Bitrate or Fixed File Size values.

If user sets the "Fixed Bitrate" value to equal the HIGHEST value in the VBR source file, then you end up with an ENORMOUSLY HUGE output file size.

If user instead sets the "Fixed Bitrate" value to equal the AVERAGE value in the VBR source file, then you end up with a file size that's approx. equal to the size of the source file, BUT... the video quality SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS, because the bitrate encoded for fast-action scenes is of course way too low (actually the video quality will suck for EVERY scene in the movie where the source's momentary bitrate was higher than the source's overall average bitrate.

P.S. Also need to add a "variable bitrate" option to not only Video Converter module, but also to most of the DVDFab RIPPER modules.
movie DVD's are encoded with VBR -- so all rips from DVD done using DVDFab products suffer from the same flaw described above -- any Fixed Bitrate setting the user chooses to use is going to be either TOO HIGH, or TOO LOW -- resulting in either ENORMOUS file sizes, or else video quality that SUCKS in exactly half of the scenes in the movie.

Please don't SHOUT your opinions, which are subjective. To most closely approximate VBR with DVDFab, turn off Lightning Recoding, select fixed file size, and 2-pass encoding. This will force the most analysis and will be the slowest, but also the highest quality. Many modern DVDs are encoded with a scheme that winds up looking like average bit rate, I have examined quite a few. It's almost a flat line of bitrate vs play time, with a few moderate spikes here and there.
