I just did a backup of Frozen (DVD-NTSC) with BluFab v9.1.3.5 and it worked perfectly. What problem(s) did you have? Post your log.

when I had this problem I updated to the latest DVDFab 9 Copy. Well, I actually went back a version and it worked!!!

By the way, for next time. Where would I find the log file?

In the upper right corner, there are four icons. The icon to the left is an arrow. Click on the arrow and a menu will open. One of the menu selections will be to open the log menu.

Open the log menu and then select "dvdfab_internal". These logs are sorted by the DVDFab version number that was used to create each backup file.

My error is "error while reading" and stay opening the souce for minutes.

Please check your disc for dirt/scratches. The Region 1/US version opens without errors in v9138. If you have a different version, tell us which one.
