Currently, the only options I can find in Common Settings to handle read errors is either 1) Ask: Abort, Retry, Cancel or 2) Ignore Errors. We need a third option to just stop the task and move on (auto-fail the task).
I have 3 BDR drives in my computer, when use BD Ripper I generally run 2-3 tasks at a time and DVDFab queues them up sequentially for me.
The problem is that often I set the task to run, come back a few hours / overnight later to find that a read error occurred on the first disk, the pop up appeared, and the other 2 tasks were never started because of this.
Technically, you'd think that option (2) Ignore Errors would get around this, but it doesn't because first, I don't want a rip that contains skipped sectors and second, DVDFab often seems to get confused when it encounters read errors and doesn't skip them properly resulting in the task getting stuck at a 0 fps encoding rate.
Is it possible to add this third option? Or is it already there somewhere?
Thanks.
