DVDFab (UI/General) No email notifications on some subs

This isn't really a request, more of a report, but I didn't know where else to put it.

Whenever a post is created in a sub that requires mod approval before it's posted, like the Meta sub, you don't get the email notification when there's been a reply even when that option was checked.

It may be a setting in how the Meta forum operates, and I will check it. Some changes were made a few weeks after it opened.

I didn't get an email notification for this reply either and the setting was definitely checked and this sub doesn't require mod approval. Something weird going on.

I thought it was only on subs that required mod approval before a post is submitted but I'm not getting email notifications for any post in any sub any longer. Or PM's but I'm not sure you get notifications for those anyway. Anyway sorry for the delay in responding. Without the notifications I forget I had a post conversation going on here.

I'll check it again, normally works for subscribed threads and PMs.
