Video Converter MKV TO M2TS Passthrough

I want to make m2ts HEVC by add sound and sup subtitle that i want.For now DVDfab still not support. Tsmuxer can make it but useless because output file still has problem.
Another choise I can make it to mkv file by mkvtoolnix but I hasn't tool for convert mkv to m2ts passthrough. And I will this m2ts to make uhd-bd by uhd copy mode and TSM2UHD.

How possible you can make this feature?

Say clearly what you want DVDFab to do, what other programs can or can't do is not helpful. State your source format (disc? ISO?...), the desired output format and what you want to add. Seems like it would be easier to just get a disc with the correct languages. ??
