Support large resolutions in File to Mobile

File to Mobile is geared towards encoding video for mobile devices (duh). But sometimes you want to re-encode some video for size or format reasons (like mpeg-2 to h.264) for viewing on a large screen (TV).

Since DVD to Mobile works just fine for TVs I assumed that File to Mobile would do the same. Alas my experimentation shows it does not and your support seems to agree (there is some language barrier so I am not certain).

Upscaling from a lower res MPEG-4 file does not work very well for me. If you are going to re-encode anyway, go back to the original disc and use DVD to Mobile for better results.
