What if the UHD main film is calculated down by 4GB too small?

Is it possible to set the bit rate manually with UHD Copy?
Example: I wanted to calculate down to 25GB blank, but unfortunately the film(Dolby Vision) was "only" calculated on 17GB, so much too small!

You can make approximate settings, but not detailed ones except in the Ripper module. In the Copy module you can strip out the HD Audio to have more room for the video.

After the latest update(12.0.4.3), rendering has become slower, rendering took me an average of 30 minutes. now it's 90min. why is that?
