There is a check mark to remove this type of stuff, but is not always working.
Why not have them remove manually just like removing Extras.

You can do this manually on some DVDs if you use Customize mode. The success with the checkbox depends on how the original DVD is authored and where the warnings are stored in the DVD structure. You can learn to use PGCEdit, a free utility, and get them all manually.
