A Retry All button for the Reading/Writing Error Control Dialog would be extremely useful. It would eliminate the need to create an external automator. Even if it is just for read errors.

This would be a handy feature. You can control this to a small degree now using the "number of retries" selector in Common Settings->Read. I believe it goes through the selected number of retries before popping the dialog box up.
