I recieved an Internationally accepted gift card and have been having problems with trying to purchase Blu-ray to DVD and I'm curious if anyone has had issues with this or am I justhaving issues with my card?

I have not seen anyone mention it, but that does not mean it's not a site problem. Some gift cards have unusual restrictions on how and where they can be used, even the common big names like Visa. If you can't get it to work, send an email to service@dvdfab.com and explain the problem.
