Software 8.1.3.8 isnt working right on my comp

hi all i updated to this so i could make a backup of the smurfs and some other movies but now it wont do it i can copy it but it wont write it to my hd and i was trying to copy my rise of the planet of the apes and it says it copied it and its on my hd but when i go to burn it it says its burned and evrything even finalizes it but there is nothing on the disk. i need some help please. and thank you.

or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
