Chrome puts up a warning page from the US but will allow downloads if you click on Details and then click on the "visit the site" link. It says there is something on the site that could "harm your browsing experience", I guess by changing your browser to something besides Google Chrome.
Chrome was working earlier today. When I got the notice for 9.1.9.0 (iirc), Chrome then kept stating that 3 programs on the site attempted to install malicious software.
I was able to do the 'details' and resumed the download.
I suspect Google is just attempting to prevent us from getting to these tools.
Not sure, but I can tell you that no one anywhere that we have heard from has been harmed or can even identify any specific file or object on this server that could be classified as malware by anyone except a movie studio or other Fair Use hater.
