Chrome puts up a warning page from the US but will allow downloads if you click on Details and then click on the "visit the site" link. Chrome was working earlier today. When I got the notice for 9.1.9.0 (iirc), Chrome then kept stating that 3 programs on the site attempted to install malicious software.
I was able to do the 'details' and resumed the download.
I suspect Google is just attempting to prevent us from getting to these tools.Comment
