I purchased this program lifetime. It doesn't handle the last 2 movies I tried, I posted the correct info in the BD+ error reports forum. The message never gets posted but it say's waiting approval. That was day's ago. It was posted in the format you request. That's right I posted it again to make sure you see it.


This isn't a new rodeo for me, Others here with less time in years were posted. I'm here since 2015. Others after me posted the same info again after me. Fix it.
