    Forum not saving username/password

Everytime I come to this forum, I have to type in username and password again (and I do save it everytime). This happens on two different computers.

    Mostly a cookie/cache problem.

I agree, it is working fine for me. Check to see if cookies are being blocked by windows or your internet security/antivirus software. Some IE settings will block them or delete them when you exit IE.

This happened to me twice yesterday morning. First time ever and has not
        happened again since.

I agree it is a cookie problem but why only twice in months?
Oh well it is working fine now.
        I use Firefox.

Well as I said, it happens on two different computers both on IE8. No other forums do this but this one. It's not an IE setting or else all forums would be doing this. I'll have to keep my eyes on it to see if this keeps happening.

It normally works fine for me, just yesterday as someone else said, I was logged out, has been okay since then.

There was an update to the forum software one day this week, may be related.

One thing to verify in IE8 is if delete browsing history on exit is checked. This clears the internet cache, cookies, and history except for sites saved in your favorites and Preserve Favorites website data is checked in internet settings delete section.

The only other thing I can think of, and I have done this myself once or twice, is if you have CCleaner, or something like it, and have forgotten to save DVDFab in your saved cookies before running it.
