my upgrade to 8.05 from 8.02 screwed me out of my remaining licensed period 12-2012 so after trying to get support on this issue NO REPLY I payed for yet another 2 years and still no luck. I put the license key in (removed and redown loaded many times) it says will restart with new version with new key but never does anything. has anyone got a clue why I'm getting boned here?
