DVDFAB6 won't launch for me

It says (it was easier to type it out than to try and use mspaint):
The error message is titled FileMove.exe - Unable to locate DLL

The error:
The dynamic link library gdiplus.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\program files\dvdfab6;,;C:\winnt\system32;C:\winnt\system; C:\winnt;c:\winnt\system32;c:\winnt;c:\winnt\syste m32\wbem

I did a search on the HD and did not find the file. I only found gdi32.dll and gdi32.exe but no gdiplus.dll.

Any thoughts?

I downloaded the DLL from this link:

I extracted it to the first path in the error message copied it then pasted it in each of the pathes listed in the error message. Once that was done I launched DVDFab and was good to go. I know this thread is on the old side but some of us follow old threads rather than posting new ones. I am running WIN2KPRO and version 7 of DVDFab.
