New releases ?

How often do new releases come out ? ?
Last official was 8.0.7.3 but I see many
beta versions after that. Apparently they
never go to final release. Is DVDFAB
waiting for a major overhaul before the
next full release ? ?

Yes, I know about that. And I have most of the old versions, except for betas.
I do not bother with the betas, knowing a final bug free (mostly) version will
be out shortly after. My question was why no new final versions since 8.0.7.3

None of the mods or general members has any idea when a release will be made. Beta or Final.

By checking the forum for a new release you know as much as the rest of us.

There is no calendar schedule for official releases or beta versions, it depends on what the developers have ready for testing and when they choose to release it. The current Betas are working well for me, there is no reason not to try one if you need some of the updated features.

They try to get as many bugs fixed as they can before they release official released versions. So if they release a Beta with a few fixes they will wait to see if any issues was fixed and if it safe to make official. If still problems then they release another Beta

I don't copy dvds that often so installing a
beta is not high on my list.
