I notice an official QT version 8090. The regular official version hasn't been updated since 8050. Is the "QT" version going to replace the regular version? If so, why go through the renaming process (adding "QT") instead of just leaving the name the same? I have never understood the reasoning behind this whole "QT" thing. If a separate version for Mac was the goal (of "QT") then I could see it but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

"It is not at "feature" or anything of that nature, it is a development environment now used to create DVDFab. It will be used for all future releases, so if you are waiting for a "non-Qt" release to update DVDFab, it will not be coming. Please try v8089 Beta and report any problems."

Thanks, I hadn't seen that. Still I'm wondering why the need was felt to change the name. Why not just leave the name the same, it's still DVDFab.
Edit: I notice when this version is opened, there is no "QT" in the name.Last edited by Mike89; 05-09-2011, 04:10 PM.I7 3770K @ 4.4 gig (Noctua NH-U14S), ASRock Z77 Extreme6, 16 (2x8) Gigs Corsair DDR3 1600, EVGA GTX 680 Signature 2, Acer 236H (1920x1080), X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Pro, 2 SATA DVD Burners, Crucial M500 120 GB SSD, WD 2 TB Black HDDs, WD 1 TB Black HDD, WD 2 TB Black HDD (eSata), Logitech Z-5500 5.1 Speaker System, Corsair TX750w PSU, HSPC Top Deck Tech Station, Windows 7 Pro x64

I think the Qt tag is just temporary, to mark it as having been delevoped on the new platform.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts
