Forum: Latest Releases forum enhancements

The Latest Release forum should include the official releases as well as the Beta. Putting beta releases in DVD to DVD becomes off topic when this update is released to fix another option besides DVD to DVD.

Should be spelt "Latest" vs "Last-est"
