DVDFab: if I just want the features of "DVD to Mobile", do I need to buy "DVD to DVD"

I'm only interested in ripping discs to video files, never iso nor to another dvd.

When trying to purchase, it tried to tell me that I may need DVD to DVD, what do I do?

Before you can use DVD to Mobile you have to purchase the DVD to DVD option. Thats the only two options that is tied together because DVD to Mobile needs DVD to DVD to remove copy protections from commercial disc. Hope that clears things up for you.

DVD to mobile is not available solo. You have to buy DVD to DVD to get it because they share the disc reading and decrypting technology.
