Getting error when installing DVDFab 8.1.0.5

I get an error window that shows the following:

C:\Program Files (x86)\DVDFab 8 Qt\QtGui4.dll

An error occured while trying to copy a file:
The source file is corrupted.

Click retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or
Abort to cancel installation.

I've tried multiple downloads that appear to be fine, so I'm not sure if the problem is with my Windows 7 machine or the download. I searched but didn't find anyone else having this issue. Thanks for any help.

Make sure that you are installing as administrator,

instead of clicking run click save then open the folder and right click and install the program as administrator.

I tried that and received the exact same error. I'm currently running 8.0.8.5 which installed fine. All the newer versions with qt in the filename are the ones giving me the issue. Do I have to delete the old version before installing the newer qt version?
