Quick Sync isn't working correctly anymore on Blu-ray's, the latest beta took almost 3 hours on Rio to backup the main movie.
Went back to 8.1.1.2 and it took 42 minutes.

I dont know why this is such an issue, Quick Sync works fine if your settings are correct. Are you using a Z-68 motherboard? Do you have Intel graphics? Do you have a 2600 series processor? The settings are exactly the same between both versions, it was working on the latest non-beta it isn't working on the latest beta....Comment
