I'm having issues ripping for my XBox. I downloaded a profile from the forum, but can't find any way to load it. How the heck do I add this profile file to my software so I can try it out?

If it was an old profile, it may not work with the new profile system. Download the free profile editor if you need to modify a profile or convert an old one to the new system. See this:
