Currently using Version 8.1.3.2 on a windows 7 machine.

My question is can you tell what I am doing or not doing when ripping a DVD I am not getting the artwork for the DVD. I am getting a .dvdid file but I don't get a .JPEG.

This is not isolated to a particular DVD.

Can you please advise what I may be doing incorrectly?

DVDFab does not supply any artwork, check your player to see if it can read the dvdid.xml file and download it for you automatically or you can probably find it manually.
