Other Trouble opening movie

Hi Guys,

Sorry to jump in like this but unable to open "The Smurfs". Told had an error reading; I told to "ignore all" but will not open for copy purposes. Just downloaded the newest version of the program. Oh, by the way this is not blue ray only dvd. Any hopes that soon problem will be corrected??

Please post in the DVD Copy forum if that is the module you have a problem with. I will move your post to there. v8.1.3.6 is apparently copying this disc for many users.
