dvd fab not conneting to internet

I ahve a problem in connection the dvdfab to make it work for new bdmovies all the time it says unable to connet with inter check your firewalll setting .... i colsed the fire wall and the anti virus programme too but still have the same massage. can some one tell whats wrong with it and how to fix it... thanx

Please post a DVDFab internal log. This is almost certainly something on your machine blocking the internet access.
