DVD Fab cannot open "The Way"

I am trying to back up "The Way" using fully licensed 8.1.6.3 resulting in a "Failed to open D:\ Please check if it's playable", message. It is playable.
Is there an update in the works?
Please advise!

Please post in the correct forum, from this we have no idea if it is a BD or a DVD.

My bad - it's a DVD. I will Post in the appropriate forum. Been a member several years and this is the first issue I have had that there wasn't already a solution for!
