How do I go back to a previous version? I can't get this latest version to encode..

If you've got a copy of a previous version(you do keep copies of course?) just reinstall it..... -

You will be better served to get help with the one you have than to revert. Post the internal log session so we can see what is going on, and post it in the correct forum, i.e. for DVD or BD, Copy or Ripper etc. Old versions are not officially supported.
