It takes me up to the "install" page then it just sits there. Anyone else getting this too?

Use the find files or search function in Windows to find it, the location varies with different versions of the operating system. Search for the file dvdfab_internal.log, then open it with Notepad. Which version of DVDFab were you trying to install? The ones in the log are not current, please try the latest release if you have not already. I have not seen any other reports of this problem, so check your OS settings or anything else (like antivirus) that might block the install. It's not a Windows 8 thing, or not just a Windows 8 thing because I just finished installing both 8.2.2.7 and 9.0.2.6 on my W8 laptop and all went well. I download the installer to the desktop, right click on the installer and run as administrator. No problems.How to post the internal log

IMHO you should always download, close the browser and everything else before running as administrator (even if you are the administrator on the computer).Last edited by 90312; 02-07-2013, 06:06 PM.How to post the internal log
