I'm an experienced forum user and have read the FAQ here and know what I have to do to edit my profile, add an avatar or signature, etc., but everything I click on in the User CP generates a "No Permission" error message. How do I get permission? I got two dollars...

Thanks. By the way, that two dollar thing is from the 1986 movie "Crossroads"... It's become something of a regular joke around my house. Everything costs two dollars.
