Signals and Fengtao need help bad.

We have talked to each other before on the board but I really have a severe issue

I am a registered user of DVD Blu ray Lifetime and dvd Fabe Lifetime but now some how my account is not working.. Been emailing support all week but they say my log in is something other than what it is supposed to be. This is killing me cause I can not use v9 of my product cause it does not show under my account. Please try to get my account fixed.

8 Works fine because I have my keys still but it does not work on everything.

    Check order Number
    Ordered through http://www.dvdfab.net
    Order reference no.: xxxxxxxxxx
    Sincerely
    Jim

Jim, I'm sorry there is not much I can do to help you. The purchase database and the one for the Member's Center are not available to me or anyone outside of Beijing to protect your security.

You need to find the emails that you received from purchasing DVDFab at any time and Forward them to an email I will send you via a private message here in the forum. I will try to see what other information might help the staff fix your account.

No. It's the one with the non decryption versions.

Thanks singnals Guess I'll just have to wait for them at support to find out what went wrong when they crossed over tot the email address system. I have sent then the same info and more than I posted here but they keep insisting that my registered email address is some other thing than what it is. Some Lucy at someplace when it should be something completely different. It's just really ticking me off that I have spent a week via email with them to get it fixed I was hoping some one here would put in a word. I have spent over 350 us on versions of DVD fabe over the years.

I'll check my pm and see if the email you give is differnet than the one I am dealing with now and if so I'll start over with them. If it's the same I guess I'll just have to wait....

P.S. Looked in my PM's but nothing new.

            Again thanks singnals..

            Sincerely
            Jim

Think it's for marketing in countries like Germany that stuff like decrypters are forbidden to sell.

                        Problem is solved

Thanks Signals & Fengtao. Support finally got the issue fixed. I appreciate you both looking in on me. Hopefully I'll have another 3 or 4 years before I need to post again.

Have a great day, month or year. Great product by the way always have nothing but praise for it.

                        Sincerely
