If you have not done so yet go to the members area found here select create an account.
Make sure that you use the e-mail that you used when purchasing Fab an a password of your choosing.
When installing version 9 use the same e-mail and password that you used in the members area when the screen pops up for your registration.
      Hope this helps

I have done that, but it shows that I have ordered nothing. I had an issue a while back where I had registered on the forum using an email address that was different from the one I used when I purchased DVDFab, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I tried using the email address and password, and everything comes up as "trial user"

The forum email is of no importance for your licenses. You must however use the same email to register for the Member center that you used when you purchased DVDFab.

I believe that I am using the correct email address (the only other one I would've used is invalid for logging in here).

My biggest problem is that the computer I initially installed on had the hard drive crap out on me, and I can't access any of the original information from when I first purchased.
