Model Number ????? DVD Fab Copy...

Why is it when I go to common settings and select the drive tab it shows what I think is the DVD drive model number but not the drive letter? It would be a lot better if it also showed the drive letter, I have more than one drive with the same model number. I then have to try and remember which drive in what location I have to check to enable it to read my disc.

I think this is the why: The drive letters can be changed and re-assigned by the operating system under some circumstances, the model numbers of the drives can't. This is especially true for USB or eSATA devices. But I get your point about drive letters. Moving your thread to General Questions since it is not about a specific DVD or DVD Copy function.
