Log file attachments

Can some one please advise me on how to post attachment log files onto a forum reply.

I've found the log files but I'm unable to attach them to my reply post.

I'm having problems with the audio sync following the latest down load.

Click on "Post Reply". Depending on your screen size, you may need to scroll down. You will then see "Attach Files". Beneath that is "Manage Attachments". Click on that and follow the prompts (Browse and Upload).

Thanks for the prompt response.

My problem is when I click the Manage Attachments box at the bottom of the page nothing happens.

I may be disabled but I'm not sure how to fix the issue.

It might be a restriction based on your new status to the forum. I'm sure one of the moderators will respond.

New Members have the same attachment permissions as other non-staff users. You have to browse to the .log file (not the folder) using the "Browse" button in the Manage Attachments window, then click Upload.
