    Offline Mode?

Hello, I just purchased the lifetime all in one pack and didn't realize that I had to re-register the program each time I use it. The problem is that I live in a rural area and don't always have access to internet. I run the program on a desktop PC so portability is out of the question. I can sometimes get a signal with my cell phone (like now) and tether a connection but that's a real hit and miss hassle.

I've downloaded the keyfile in hopes that it was all I needed to permanently register in both online and offline but that was not the case. This was quite the expensive investment for something I can only use "sometimes".

Is there a way to use V9 offline or should I be applying for a refund and use a handful of free programs to do the job? I'd rather keep using DVDFab cause of ease of use.

    Thanks for replying.

I am wondering the same thing myself. I just tried to copy a DVD and it was not happening even though I have the registration key stored on my PC. I opened it and linked it to DVDFab9, it said thank you the program will be restarted with the registered version. It restarted but it was still saying expired. I know someone asked about this last year and it seemed the developers acknowledged the problem and were going to think about it. But I don't know what has happened since. You used to be able to use it offline but that isn't the case anymore something to do with people hacking the program or using stolen registration keys.

So in short I do not have an answer for you but I wanted to bump your thread because I am having the same problem.

      Need this offline.

I need to use this software to backup the entire DVD collection on a rig in the Northsea. As we are in the northsea the internet connection is out more than up. I NEED to be able to use this in offline mode. How can I do that?
If this is not possible, I'll need to get a refund for my DVDFab All-In-One Lifetime license.

Use 8.2.2.9 while at sea. It will require Internet access for BluRay as always but should handle the DVD collection fine.

To be clear (for what seems the billionth time) there is no permanent offline mode for v9, an internet connection is clearly stated as a system requirement on the DVDfab website, as is the no refunds policy. As 90312 noted, v8 should work fine in your situation.
