DVDFab BD Rip Question

Hi guys,
I recently ripped a Blu-ray of mine and noticed that a folders name was changed to Fab after I saved it to my hard drive. What is the reason for this and does it affect playback on devices in any way?

Do you mean a copy you made (using the Blu-ray Copy module) to a blank disc had a "FAB!" folder? That is normal, part of the decryption process.

Yes, a BD that I made a backup of. Here is a screenshot. Is there a reason for this file, is it needed for anything or can it be deleted?

Yes, if it is present, leave it. Part of copy protection removal.
