No audio files!!!

DVDfab has stopped extracting Audio Files! I can't even check the box! Also, it (somehow) has removed ALL the audio files from the last several years of recordings!

I have rolled back the computer, but no difference. This is really FRUSTRATING!!!

There is no audio in the copied disc. Pretty damn simple. When it doesn't extract the audio files, there is no sound. Can I make it any simpler than that. It worked fine until the last upgrade. No TS_Audio files!

DVD Copy/full Disc. Under copying; Copy DVD Video, box checked; Copy DVD Audio: grayed out, cannot check box.

Therefore, the Audio TS file is empty after disc is copied.

It is empty in most cases before the disc is copied. The audio stream is muxed with the MPEG-2 video inside the VOB files.

So, why would I not be getting any audio? For a week, I could copy and burn to a disc and have sound. However, when I would copy to the hard drive, I would get no sound. Now, I get no sound at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have used this program for years without problems.

Are these Music Concert/Video DVD's that are causing you problems?

Yes and no. ALL DVD's are having the same problem (music or movie).
